I have a website and a couple of people have contacted me and offered to pay for a link on my site to theirs. They have asked separately about individual post links and site-wide sidebar links. My PR is non-existent (pr0), but no doubt will climb. Most are musicians seeking to improve the rankings of their own sites, so its more for the very specific relevance than the PR.
