am i alowed mutable sites, becsaue at the moment, i've got about 10-12 sites runing the same code.

 

Yes you are allowed as many sites as you want. Again, read the TOS in its entirety. It covers every questions you have asked thus far.

But as far as running the exact same code on multiple sites, from an efficiency stand point you may want to create a few channels to monitor what sites are making what percentage of your revenue.

 

make sure none of those site not violate the TOS. only single site is enough to get your adsense account ban. if you are not sure about your site content are follow the TOS or not, you can ask us here.

All the questions you are asking are basic questions all answered in the TOS and FAQ section. I hate to be rude, but you REALLY REALLY need to read it. DO NOT put Adsense on your website until you understand the rules like the back of your hand. People who start out new and start asking questions like you that are easily found on the Adsense website ALWAYS come back in 2-3 weeks asking why the are banned.
