I'm getting 10,000 views per day on my YouTube account, but need to monetize

I'm savvy in terms of web marketing, but sort of a rookie with Youtube. I have an account with Youtube and found a bit of a niche, which is now getting around 8K-10K+ views per day. My question is what would be the best way to monetize. I'm part of the Youtube Partner Program with Google and Adsense, but that doesn't pay very much. Any suggestions or thoughts. It's somewhat industry specific, so would there be a chance that a company would pay to advertise?

Sell your own advertising in your videos... if you are pulling those many visitors... there is always somebody out there that will pay you for it.

If it is Industry specific there is a good chance that a company will pay you to advertise on the video based on the traffic. may want to give them a free trial and track the link to see what the click thru stats say. If the conversions are high you are onto a winner and then have the enviable task of negotiating a monthly payment contract. Once that's done you need to concentrate on getting traffic to that video. That way your get longevity with the company you decide to JV with.

Seeing that it's industry specific, is there a company or companies that may pay you for referrals. Sort of like CPA but you could set up your own website that links from Youtube and then redirect them from that website to an affiliate type offer.

Just a thought. Hope I get as many views of my Youtube videos some day

Thank you all for your help! I guess Youtube is like the lottery sometimes. I honestly didn't even think we'd get views and I have one video at close to half a million views in a short amount of time.

Not sure if you considered this... But what if you put links and such in your videos and description. Maybe you already do that, but I imagine you could make a killing with that many views.

There would have to be stacks of products at Clickbank and PayDotCom that you can add affiliate links to? Just so long as the products keywords match your own.

Why not leverage your niche to the hot, near time related areas to your niche. There must be some 'trending' type terms near your niche that could benefit you by leading to a site or blog you populate with reports, videos, CPA items, etc.

What your video is all about? It is depend on the niche you are in before thinking about monetize way. Adsense won't pay much in most niche related to entertainment or related. CPA may your best option but again - What is the niche your video is in?

the best way is cpa,, find some cpa offers related to your videos.. for example if your video is related to iPhone then find CPA offers related to iPhone and post the links in descriptions and annotations... you can earn crazy money by doing this...

How about create your own Chanel and build your subscriber base first before thinking of monetizing. Add a call for action to viewers to subscribe to your channel.

What is your video about? If you can, get a ClickBank product and become an affiliate. Then post your affiliate link on your description box.

Whilst CPA is the way to go .. it can be quite risky at some point.

If your videos are related to music/films/technology, then build an iphone giveaway site and plug it in your video's description. Or simply build a landing page yourself promoting an Iphone giveaway... mp3 downloads... movie downloads... and so on... you need to get creative and overly test your traffic to get the highest payouts.

Affiliate products work on youtube but only with certain niches..

Thanks everyone. I wasn't getting any of my DP emails, so I didn't know I had additional responses. My videos have to do with pregnant women and children. I will try the CPA route for sure and see if that works. I don't know if I can do Adsense and CPA at the same time, but maybe I can market some sort of promotional code site??? I have a guy putting one together for me, but not sure if that's still the best option. Thank you all again though for your help!! It's very much appreciated!!

Any idea on the best solution to marketing a CPA on Youtube? If you've already uploaded some viral videos how would you integrate these CPA ads into them? Can you do it through the annotations?

I am currently making $150-$200/mo, but figure I could do much better with 10,000+ views per day. I have a click through of around .05% with clicks averaging 10cents, which seems low. I think if you are doing 50,000-100,000+/day in views you are probably found by a company and being paid to advertise products. I know Flip cameras sponsors a few big accounts. Some have other sponsorships.

There really are only a handful of large sponsored accounts from what I can see. I'd actually love to know how many. If you can create a niche site and monetize it you'd probably do much better than the partner program, but at least that's a good place to start. The hard part is figuring out what niche works with your videos. Although Youtube gives you a good idea of what traffic comes in, I think it lacks a bit in terms of knowing how your viewers got there.

You can try out more YouTube monetization methods like CPA, Affiliate Offers with links in description, selling music on iTunes...
