In off page am doing forums, blogs, special directory submission & for onpage meta keywords changing. By doing forum,blogs, special directory & directory submission I couldn't getting Google backlinks. Plz suggest me how can I get them?? **No link building is doing. and plz also suggest professional SEO tips to get higher page rank as well higher landing pages.

Your should strive to get natural links from authority sites or directories. Avoid paid links, just submit to directories and provide good contents so authority sites will link to you.
After you finished your On page optimization start off page optimization (Forum, blogs, article directory & directory submission). You should do continuous link building which is help you to drive your SERP for your keyword but it takes some time. Be Patient.
no one knows the exact answer, if you get punished by google then assume you have done something wrong
forum,blogs, special directory & directory submission That IS how you get backlinks - not the only ways, and a bit basic and not the best quality links, but they are backlinks.
