    Actually… unless there is a sign saying “please do not use our unsecured WIFI connection” I don’t see a problem with someone using it, other than that their communication won’t be secured either.

    I mean really, if a business doesn’t secure their WIFI either they are leaving it out there for the road warriors, or they just… well… don’t care enough to secure it. “Stealing” WIFI is as benign as stealing sunlight before it hits the parking lot he’s surfing the web in order to warm his car… so long as he didn’t hack into a secured WIFI. Well, except if they have a horribly small bandwidth and are having trouble using it because of him. :p
