I'm done with static sites - I want a database driven site!

I noticed that most people are using database driven content sites and that is how they are getting hundreds of pages indexed rather than just 30 or so.

In stead of: http://www.theafricangreyparrot.com/African-Grey-Parrot-Articles.html i want a database driven article section with lots more content.

What is the best way to go about this?

    Learn php and mysql?
    Some sort of script?

Elders, web gurus and wise men, please advise!

What would you recommend? I just want it for that one article page really. It may be worth learning to code in php in the long run. - I've never learnt to code before, but it might be quite good.

I just switched over yesterday to a Wordpress driven site. Already, I have more pages indexing than I ever did with Blogger. Besides that, the flexibility and ability to manipulate the site for SEO is phenomenal. I'm very excited.

    Regards,

    Rob
