I'm considering buying XSitePro, does it still work?

    Hi everyone,

I am considering to buy XSitePro 2.5.
I knew this product long ago but I didn't look at it twice until it was featured on PCWorld.
The price isn't exactly affordable at $197, however it does seem to come with a lot of features.

Most people using XSitePro are on the older versions, no one has posted anything about ver 2.5
So I would like to know if anyone has been using XSitePro 2.5 recently with success?

I have a about 90 domains that I would like to make a site for each to monetize them.
I plan to update some sites frequently but not all.

And I'll be writing all content myself and probably outsource some.

Which is going to be good for me? Can anyone advice?

I am also considering to get Artisteer and Headway for wordpress if I'm not getting XSitePro 2.5

    Thanks~

This is an old thread - but somebody may still be thinking about xsitepro

    It's a quirky software

    I use version 2.5

The biggest gripe on the xsitepro forum is lack of html5 and css3, as well as non-responsive templates

If you are building silo sites for top search rankings, then it's the best there is, that's still supported by the developers

The developer has been ill, and is now trying to find somebody to take over the development of version 3 - which will update the software to responsive html5 and css3, as well as an online version - currently only desktop version
