check out this site i'm working with - chella .com - PR zero google backlinks - http://www.google.com/search?q=link:http://www.chella.com/ man backlinks - http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=link:http://www.chella.com/ yahoo backlinks - http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=link:http://www.chella.com/ both msn and yahoo show backlinks ... granted i think many of those links were created by sites running scrapred se results. i no idea where they came from. i can't figure out why google has such issue with this site ... and how can i get this turned around? at one point, the site had extensive amazon content in it, but it's been gone for at least 5 or 6 months now and the cache shows that google hasn't removed them fro the index. i used to run coop ... i removed it from co-op about 7-9 months ago. i'm at a loss ... how can i resurrect this site? we are starting to get a strong brick and mortar retail presence and this looks really bad. i'd file a reinclusion request but it doens't seen like it's banned, or does it? please advise
I would sit still unil after current update ends. Some datacenters show you with 46 backlinks and a page rank 5.
The website isn't banned.. http://72.14.207.104/search?sourcei...L,GGGL:2005-09,GGGL:en&q=cache:www.chella.com cache date: 12 Feb 2006 09:37:49 GMT The amazon webstore is still indexed in google. http://www.google.com/search?source...GL,GGGL:2005-09,GGGL:en&q=site:www.chella.com is the 404 a server error or just a page?
the web server serves the 404 ... i just customized the error page i think most of the links other se's report are from other peoples scraper sites.
i was using that tool too ... funny, it once was a PR 5 ... then a PR zero the last 2 updates, so I'm sure what to make of this 1 DC that shows a 5
