im cheated more than 5 times now

i fed up with dp scams,im scammed 7th from dp alone

reason i feel im careless may be

who want money at bank i payed ,he payed me paypal then again he charged back

its 100$ not very big deal but this time i wanna go serious ,i dont care will money be back or not but i must do some thing im fed up any cost i wanna go on him

i find this option
: go to icici back where i payed and put cyber crime case on him

or you have any sugession

edit: got mail from him its not his mistake paypal problem,claims he will refund in 24 hours lets see how that goes

you have 153 iTraders and you traded with someone who is only 1 day old at DP wtf ? you lost your mind or something ?

I would say its ur mistake only,why did u deal with member having a 0 itrader and less than 20 posts?He must have offered u good deal.Right?

It was all your fault like other people had mentioned above...

And I believe ,

no one can cheat on you... as long as you don't want to get cheated by anyone....

Yes, If you have hes account details then please report him in the bank so they can investigate about this guy.

Even if you don't get your money back , you could still save other people from getting scammed by him in the future.

 

it was your mistake and u have admitted it, now be practical and claim ur money from the bank (report him there) i'm not sure if u would get all ur funds back or not but this will atleast teach that scammer a lesson.

 

you really shouldn't fall for any like that anymore... what you're going to run after it for what cost? relax you're just at the peak of your emotions... just let it go make this a lesson okay...

 

I dont know why you all continue to make these pointless threads. They will just be locked by mods.

DP does what it can, but it cant be a judge, just give a negative IT and move on.

sorry to hear the scam, ... there is a saying in UK for this "you been well done" ... a bit trange the the DPer who scamed you is also called welldoneguy

 

its another good intention return with a torn cheque

 

Sorry to hear about that, but it's your fault, you should never trade more then 25 USD to someone with less then 5 itraders, muchless 20 posts.

Just my way of not being scammed.

I think these threads are important, even though they will be locked by mods. But at least the DP community knows who those scammers are.

 

Don't trust DP newbies and you won't get scammed

Or if they are new, check their iTrader...
