I'm buying an arcade creation

    I want to create an arcade site. I want someone to create the website: upload the arcade, some games (I only have 100mb storage). I'm willing to pay a maximum of 20$. I want a cool script but you decide what you want. The games may be in other server.
    It may be a paid arcade, but I'm not buying the license. I may use your license.
    MP with MSN and price and script you will use and i will choose the best and I will send you the ftp logins and DB information.
