My max budget is $35K... well, $26K now... I just bought a four wheeler, hahaha... I couldn't resist. ;0

BUT... I want to reiterate something... I keep getting nothing but PMs and responses for people that are looking to sell junk sites... if your site has no real purpose on earth except to display a shit ton of google ads, IT IS NOT A REAL SITE... Before sending me a message ask yourself whether or not your site would be visited by a real human being ON PURPOSE and that they would come back because it is good enough to warrant a return visit. So far, I have had MAYBE 2 of the like 50 sites sent to me that I would throw into this group.

If you are looking to get rich quick, I don't want your site, because your site is probably junk. If you have a site that you have spent 2 years creating, or you spent a lot of time on adding quality content for, and have a nice quality design, then I am interested.

And again, I'm new to Digital Point, so you can't base anything on my iTrader. Also, if we do a sale, I ONLY do sales through escrow... why? Because it protects both the owner of the site AND myself. I also require 1-2 weeks depending upon the site of proven performance BEFORE funds are released from Escrow. This is because some people like to fake traffic numbers for a sale... and well, if I have control of the site, I can filter out that fake traffic and see what the real numbers are. So... with all that said, lets keep the crap to a minimum and get on with the good sites.

Shady, while I think I could make money off of your site, I'm not just looking to make money, that's not why I'm in this business. I truly love being able to take a site and watch it grow because of my own efforts. For me to take on many of these sites, I have little to work with. Sure I could add more articles, but at the end of the day, it is like any other article site, but with substantially less content. But yours is MUCH better than what I have been getting and definitely more than good enough for most buyers... but I really want content related sites, such as humor sites, game sites, things that will bring people back over and over.

 

With those current designs, I doubt you'll touch $5500. When I dabble in sites that have to do with coding of any type, I only purchase them if the design complements the content. The reasoning is because coders just aren't going to take your articles as seriously if they see a poor design. People really do judge a book by it's cover. While the content looks great and the tutorials seem very sound, in this case that's not enough, especially for that price tag. Definitely a worthy collection of sites, but at that price few would jump on it.

It is currently at Pr2, it is on the Vilesilencer's list as SEO friendly directory.Traffic has been slowing down a bit lately as I have not had much time and money to promote it lately, but it gets around 30 submissions on daily basis and at times much more. I have to sell it as I am trying to start other projects and due to health reasons only able to keep an eye on a few things.

Price is $50

 

Good price for the directory, but at the end of the day it's still a big link page with categories. I just can't do much with it unfortunately, but damn I wish I could, because I've been offered about 20 of them in the last week, hahaha...

 

I also have a PR4 website for sale. Someone else was going to buy it, but I have not heard back from him and his forum is gone as well. The site is http://www.detoam.net It has a PR3 blog a PR3 small gaming site and inactive forum. Like the other one I have been neglecting it lately. I'll ask for a $100 and leave all the backlinks I have on other sites leading to it.
I have attached the Google Analytics screen shot for last month. Most visitors there go straight for the gaming site and stay there usually for over an hour.
