Need a Wordpress plugin modified slightly.

Plugin is Platinum SEO Pack. Need to have the Meta Robots option modified, so I will be able to disable Meta Robots per page. Currently no option for disabling, only ability to choose 1 of 4 options for Meta Robots to display.

I don't know if you can do this, but I guess this isn't that difficult from what I heard, but I don't have time to try it and see. I want to make an adult forum to review porn sites. I will buy a vbulletin but I need you to install it and set it up completely with different functions or mods and get it seo ready. Let me know if you can do this and how much it would cost me. I need this done ASAP.
