Help please, I'm bombarded with bopup by js confirm.

"You have a new private message.

    Sender: xxxxxx
    Title: yyyyyyyyyy

Click OK to view it, or cancel to hide this prompt"

when I click ok and open that message I cant delete it. No chance, still have Unread 1, Total xxxxxxx.

I'm trying to disable this awful feature in "Edit Options / Show New Private Message Notification Pop-up" but checkbox is always checked, when I change it and save the form nothing will save.

    This makes forums.digitalpoint.com unusable.

Members please try to understand that there is serious problem with database/server and that all updates are being effected with a lot of time lag. Hence, even if you have read the PM, the database would record your action with a lag and till then, it would keep showing you the 'New PM received' pop up! :(

If you get highly annoyed because of it, simply log out and return after a while!:)

    Regards,

    RightMan

Same here, even after deleting the pms, they don't get deleted for a few hours.

We are incredibly aware of the problem. Shawn will fix it when he is ready and able to. Until then, we just put up with it.
