You have to make more keywords on your site taht is related to your niche you want to advertise, eg weight loss. Right now google dosn't know what to advertise the ads as.
What I mean is that google adsense will not be able to display relevant ads on your page if it doesn't know what your page is about. The only way for google to know what kind of ads to show is by considering the content that is on your pages. So be sure to have enough content that google will be able to easily display the correct ads. I hope that helps.
If you like the template, pay the author some money to remove that "free templates" link in the footer. That might solve your problem. First you may want to try adsense section targeting. Target immediately before your text and immediately after it. That will leave out the free template link at the bottom and help Adsense determine which ads to display when G crawls your site. Good luck... PS: I looked only at the cardio page, which displayed free template Adsense ads.
Finally the templates showing the real stuff haven't worked so much more on the page, but it will come =)

Can someone pleaaaaaaaaaaaaase , tell me how the F!!! i can make the page dynamic or more width ?!?! and make tha make "longer" if you understand. Learn some basic HTML or get on a good CMS like Wordpress or Joomla. You're only going to have problem after problem if something like this gives you a roadblock.
Just do one thing use Google keyword tool and write your niche words like oil and all than you will find promoters keywords list according to your niche , just copy those keywords and use them in your article as much as you can like 4 to 7 keywords in good post , you will get targeted ads than .
