P.S: I suggest you use a CMS instead of HTML.

Giving the channel a name is for your control, not to tell Google which kind of ads should be shown.

The only way to get ads related to your page content is to place some content/article that contains the words you want to see related ads for.

If a good percentage of your page content is what the free template provider placed there, don't wonder when Google shows ads related to those words.

He's saying that your page is Made for Adsense...which means it's basically going to have nothing to offer anyone and is just an attempt to get people to click your ads.

How you name you channels has no effect on ads that will be displayed on your website. Channel names are only for your personal information so you can distinguish one from another. Adsense displays ads relevant to content. You have very little of it. As suggested before, add more content and you will get relevant ads.

You have few links at the bottom of the page, consider removing them.

Add some content. And also try section targeting

Not only you have a MFA, but your "website" violates adsense TOS.
You can not place misleading titles on top of your ads like "Related search".

    Edit:
Add one more TOS violation "Under Construction !" pages can not have adsense on them.

If adsense support sees your page it's a ban or if you luck enough you'll receive a warning.

Look into your code and see what the meta tags and things inside are etc and tweak them, removing things and adding things, also wait a few days for Google to register your site in and then your ads should be more relevant!

You can have Google and other advertising programs on the same page, but they can't look the same. They need to have their own look so you can distinguish that they are separate from Google ads.

    Hi,

Google can't distinguish what your site is about, because the title is vague.

My-cardi.com | less is more - is meaningless to google.

Change the title of your page to something like: "My-cardio.com - Measuring Your Heart Rate", and see how it magically changes the google listings.
