I have a domain name in mind, I want it to be phpbb2. (automatic installation, fantastico or something I guess).. What host would you recommend? Also, I need a host in which I can purchase domain, as well. Hosting + Domain both together in one host, thats what Im looking for. And yeah, please suggest cheapest ones, Im on a 23$ budget right now lol. Can I buy a domain + hosting, set it all up with 23$ ? Please help me out.

Hostgator are currently running first month hosting for 0.01$ Try them out Buy a domain, get hosting from hostgator. After first month by hostgator, you have to pay approx 7-8$ per month. I think you will earn much to renew your hosting till all your budget is out good luck
Buy your domain either namecheap or godaddy based on whichever has the better deal with coupons. I don't recommend hosting at godaddy though. For hosting check out hostgator and webhostingpad.
