I sell software and am a vendor. And just had the power to reject a refund. Has Clickbank changed? I was a bit shocked by it. but its a good move. :)

No, its not a good mood... This is how your rating over the net goes down. Now did the person past their 60days or not?

User said they had installation problems. I gave them advice on what they would need to install it. Problem solved.

Anyhow thats not the point. When has vendor had such power?

You didn't reject a refund. Clickbank calls it "saving a sale" and since they introduced the new ticket system, you have 24 hours to try to change your clients mind.

Everyone is saying that they know people who know of clickbank, or that they know of people who won't buy from clickbank, but personally there is not one person in my life who knows what the hell clickbank is, so I'm not necessarily concerned about reputation points here.

When a refund or technical support is requested, both you and the buyer receive an e-mail from CB. There is then a link to the ticket support system which has several options. You can open a ticket, close a ticket, or change the ticket from, say, a refund request to technical support request and vice versa.

As a Vendor, you can only close a refund ticket if the situation has bee resolved and the client is now happy and satisfied.

This doesn't mean you can just deny and close refund requests if you decide the refund reason isn't justified. A refund is better than a chargeback.

    You can't reject a refund.

They will get their refund whether it means going through clickbank or going through their bank....either way they will get it and clickbank will give it rather than going the chargeback route
