Yes, that's me :) I've read you're starting with AdSense and so I've sent you an invitation to my site. It's allowed by Google to have several Publisher ID on one website. DP is doing that (see your profile) and there is a list on my site of such ad revenue sharing programs. The best is to join many of them, it's ok.

As for my contacting you not being kosher on DP I'm not sure about that, but if it is not then I've abused the system quite a few times already as I contacted about 10 members since I've joined DP. All where writing that they're starting with AdSense and need help or would like to see more earning everyday in their account while not violating any TOS.

I don't think it really matters, I can contact the members I want, I'm not selling anything, just proposing them to join my site so we work together, but I have to admit I didn't read the rules on DP, I've only been here for less than a week (I can't yet have a signature or post live links)

Sorry peanutbutter if my contacting you surprised you, but there's nothing wrong in my site, you should report me to the administrators though, because maybe I've done something wrong on DP. :)

On your site you can put more ads above the fold, because at the moment you simply have one at the bottom right of the screen. The adlink is well placed I think. I think you should put a tall 160x600 on the left, yes I know your real content will be pushed down, but that's how it works, usually if you put the left adsense down the page it works less.

Somehow I don't think the mods will look too fondly on you going around picking off Adsense newbies in order to rope them into whatever scheme you have going. I'd tread lightly, and ditch the cavalier "What-EVA" attitude.

I think on the contrary that on DP we don't see the same mentality as in so many other forums. For example I've often seen people saying "ads are bad, you should do website for passion, i hate ads and so i hate you" well not on DP since I've been reading the threads on adsense section, on the contrary members are supportive about each others' successes in adsense or on site traffic in general. Well that's a good attitude that i didn't find a lot of time on forums. So I don't think that me contacting *some* members obviously struggling with the whole thing (I remember my first ad implementations) will be looked upon badly, but maybe I'm wrong, anyway I don't really want to talk to much about that or it will begin to look like a "common forum" :) I like the positive attitude on DP, so I'm done with this particular issue :)

You may be "done" with it, but I'm still concern that you seem to be targeting Adsense newcomers to get them to join whatever it is you have going. And I have to ask myself: "Why is he only contacting Adsense newbies, is he perhaps trying to take advantage of their naievete when it comes to the program?" That immediately got a red flag. Obviously I don't begrudge anyone's success, as I wouldn't be wasting my time here if I did, but you should consider what you're doing, and rather it is ethical or not. Are you only approaching Adsense noobs because you think they can benefit from your program, or are you doing it because you think they're easier to con into your program? I don't know, I can't read your mind, but I do find your confession that you are only contacting newbies through PM to sell your program as more than a little suspicious.

Ok, just to clarify I have been only contacting members who said in a way or another that they want to increase their earnings or that they're new to adsense and obviously struggling with it, either because they don't have a high traffic website or because they didn't use adsense to its best (didn't yet read advice other already know, like your post for newbies: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=76185 )

Anyway, that's true that I didn't contact directly those who didn't look like they need help, but I think the most fluent with adsense can easily work out by themselves my website (hahaha, the fact that I can have this pseudo is yet another sign that proves DP has a different attitude from most forums) and decide if they need it or not.

Ok, now you know. And this little thing has made me change my homepage, to states more clearly that it is allowed by Google AdSense's TOS and that it is not in my or any member's interest to violate any rule that Google wishes to implement, be it ad placement or any trick. Better play by the rules if we want to go far and up. :)
