Read his site, it seemed quite an interesting idea to be honest, could of been quite humorous but it does appear he has been banned already. I'm guessing this is due to the new strict Marketplace rules? I'm seeing users dropping like flies. Kind of makes me scared to actually post in the Marketplace at the moment.
