Hey dpers...hope you guys are making good money.

I have a guitar course www.guitarsuccess.com, through clickbank with affiliates, and about 300 uniques/day.
About 1/2 the traffic is well targeted, but I'm making practically no sales lately.

I've done split testing and all that stuff, but still conversions have been low lately.

What do you think of the site and this dilema?

    Your help is greatly appreciated!

Before I had the links on top as buttons.

Well what is a normal conversion rate for you?

There is a lot of competition in that niche and a lot of big players in there.

You just have to keep slit testing and trying out new stuff to set you apart from the rest and make them want to purchase your course instead of the others.

First of all, 300 uniques per day isn't going to cut it. You need to work on that.

But it is strange that you're not getting any sales....you need better copy. You're introducing the product too early. Build up your audience.

What works best is a top 5 list. Find 5 issues people are having with playing guitars, or whatever you're selling. Expose the issues, and HINT at the solutions (don't give them away completely).

Throw in a few testimonials ON THE PAGE in between. You might even want to start your copy off with the testimonials.

    Make your video BIGGER.

Oh man, there's soo many things you can do with your copy. I suggest reading Copyblogger

if the conversions are low that means the traffic is not proper. you need more traffic from search engines so that the conversions will take place. You site looks more of marketing site rather than giving information on music. you also need to work on content so the bounce rate will be in control.

I think you need to work on your pitch.
You're not trying to do much to convince the customer to buy the product. You're just listing what your program offers.

You need to try to sell the idea of learning how to play a guitar with your product, rather than the product itself

    - Get rid of the "support" on the top left corner. Put it on bottom of the page. Whats your goal with that?

Note: every aspect of your landing page must have a goal, and that goal is usually to get your readers to read the next line of text.

    - Your video is low quality, and has a lot of "gunk" on it. Take a look at the video of product I'm promoting that I like: http://www.gladiatorbodyworkout.com/ (Affiliate Link)

With regards to your video, I think you would benefit from a slideshow instead of you talking about how you should look into learning how to learn the guitar properly. Don't make them read the page, intrigue them to read the page.

Notice how the video I sent you basically tells you what the copy tells you. It shows you features and benefits. Towards the end of the video, you feel, "Damn, this thing is REALLY comprehensive. It must cost a FORTUNE!"

But overall, I don't want to see a video with a random guy holding a guitar and all these things flying all over the place. Keep it simple, to the point, and tell them what they're getting. Don't sound pitchy AT ALL!

I really urge you to go over the landing page, and find some other good pages. Basically you need a complete overhaul of your landing page.

If you can't make a sale with 300 hits, what makes you think you'll make a sale with 3000 hits?

First, of all I would work on your sales pitch. You should read info millions. I would work on getting a better design for your site as well. These little details go along way. Then I would purchase several similar products on cb. I would focus on creating you product one step better. Once you are done with that I would focus on getting JV partners to market it for you. Offer up bonus to affiliates.
