I'm 15 and i wanted 2 open a paypal acc,any suggestions?iheard you can use a giftcard

    is it possible for an underage person to use a paypal account? i heard that someone used a visa gift card to open a paypal account and then after that account had 10k on it that person trying 2 transfer it but the account got limited because it needed some prof, a electric bill or something....

    happened 10 times with that person lol lost like 30k on paypal:mad:

    No,PP does not allow underage to open PP account.

    In addition, as no one under the age of 18 is permitted to use the PayPal Service, regardless of the jurisdiction, under no circumstances shall the use of PayPal be permitted by persons under the age of 18 for the purchase or sale

    I think the problem of this is when you need to open the bank account to accept paypal,I think you can try junior account at the bank, I think this will be no problem for paypal to handle your transaction afterward,of course for the paypal verification it might be a little bit a problem unless you are 18 or can get your own VCC
