    Wow that was a helpful post thanks for your input. Anyways it is worth that or more. The site is heavily back linked and still gets traffic. Best of all it is traffic that does convert. I know this a few ways.

    1. 2 years ago I used to redirect it to my traffic exchange visitmaniac.com Over 300 sign ups came from it.

    2. Right now it is on green parking and has over 50 clicks from last month. It is ideal for a traffic exchange.
