Illustration / Cartoon Needed

    I need to outsource an artist that can illustrate a cartoon for me. Does anyone know where I can do this, or if you can provide this service PM me your prices and where I can see some examples.

    Is this going to be some sort of comic cartoon? Or an animated one?

    It would be a comic cartoon for a print advertisement. Would prefer it to be black and white, ether pen or pencil.

    I'm pretty sure some one could do that in photoshop quite easily, but flash would be better, ask around. I would do it but cartoons aren't really my thing.
