As for colors of my site that may help you, they are blue and white. The colors in this image are fine except for the green. I prefer a modern approach for this illustration. I recognize those "people" in the image. I believe they, and probably this entire image, was created by a specific designer who sells them. My guess is that you could buy the rights to this whole image for less then $40. But I don't remember for sure what his prices were.

Due to unexpected family commitments during the time of this contest I was unable to review the above submission. Also due to the fact that there was no participation from other creators I have decided to close this contest and start fresh with a higher budget. Look out for the new post
