    Are you able to take a cartoon character I have, and make different positions for her? Like, sitting or kneeling etc?
    I have a psd and would like the character in some different positions (poses).

    You draw from the waist up? Does that mean you do not draw the characters legs and feet?
    I need a cartoon made of a child. Can you do it?
    Also, I do not and no one should ever pay before the image is drawn and sent to customer.
