    Do you have hosting access??

If not, write your webhost and ask them to do it for you.

easiest way for most people is to make a .htaccess file in your directory with the following:

    order allow,deny
    deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    deny from xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
    allow from all

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx being IP's you want to ban.

I would have recommended this as well but many hosts do not allow access to that file.

    Good post :)

Its only against Adsense TOS if you actively participate.

Someone who links to you cannot cause you harm....
