The word Adsense is trademarked so I would stay away from it. If you aren't making a whole lot of money then Google probably won't bother you but if, by chance, you start making loads of cash on the site (since Google is a search engine they can see how many visitors are passing through to your site) then watch out they might send you a cease and desist letter.

The same would go with any other trademark. I wouldnt try using Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Lays or any other tradmarked name in a domain. I does however seem to be ok to do so in the IT world. There are lots of sites using Vista, Windows, or Microsoft in their names so I guess maybe it doesn't really matter that much.

Yea write google and ask them, show them your site and say you plan on making money from their name.. Than wait for about a week and you will get a nice letter saying you're no longer welcome in their program.. LOL

You do not seam to believe the people here telling you things, as you still run ads on a site with their name in the domain.. So maybe ask them directly.

That would be better than making a bunch of money first and than right before you get paid that money, google says they are not paying you.

While I was messing aroud building CounterStrike Clan Sites and templates, my ex template business partner heard about vista and bought about 15 domains. He recently sold one of the domains for a little over 4000... :O

How about: google mobile platform dot com ? It ranks in the first page of results for those words so it is not being penalized by google yet.
