Yeah Adsense is Googles trademark and they dont like if you use it on your domain. At least dont use adsense on that site.
It's a dodgey field. If your website was nothing to do with adsense it would probably be okay. Having said that, if it was related to adsense, then google probably wouldn't care less, unless it came to the point where you proved some kind of threat to them.
I think it is perfectly fine to use adsense in domain name, but not use these google.com = original site u choose this domain name goagle.com this is bad thing to do, but using google or any other word in domain name like makemoneyviaadsense.com, I think is OK. I have seen few such sites ranked on top in google search results.
Its risky to develop any business around a domain name which has any brand name in it. You never know when a legal notice comes through...
They don't allow you to use AdSense on a domain with the word "adsense" on it. So if it's called: imakemoneywithadsense.com You won't be able to use AdSense on that domain.
You asked help in this and you see what people have said to you, but you dont care? you still have link in signature to site where domain includes "adsense" and site is full adsense ads.... I think you dont care if adsense bans you ? some people have pirate softwares too, but it doesnt make it legal.
It is illegal, but if you aren't going to make thousands, its okay. I think. Something like AdsenseRockers.com (ur info) will be fine. One little contact from google, don't even try to fight. Their word goes. OBEY!

I don't think using Adsense is illegal in domain... Only thing is you cannot use adsense.com .. this is copyrighted...
