Selling music online, thats a tough gig with all of the big players getting in on it. Best of luck because the market is pretty well used up in itunes, imo. Who knows what laws will state in a few years, it might take away or provide you with opportunity.

Exactly - there are ones that earn from PPC's . Sulekha for instance - they use their banners and ask their downloaders to click in return of their favour for them. ive come across sites that even put a single age with some scrap google ad on it -no text at all in the page - and ask the downloader to click the ads. Smart! but i thought G is smarter even!
From my knowledge its not illegal to have 3rd party links to music. Im not sure if thats correct though.
Hi Fox, That is a nice thought. I am supporting that. You know what, all these discussion forums and song posting started with one site called www.adipolisite.com, which no longer exists. So if you want to nail the culprits, we should start from the owner/admin of that site. I know that guy. If you insist, i will publish his details and will help you track him. Let's join our hands to bust this guy. He is very jealous about the new sites like kaliveedu.com, which was started by some guys, who used to be the members of the former site. I know that. You admined that site and you shared mp3s there, but later some guys left that site and started their own and that made you jealous. That is y u are moving against them. U are acting like saviour of music industry for just fulfiling your vested interests. All these guys out here doesn't knows about your intention. Music piracy is not you concern. You concern is just to defeat your rival sites and for that you are utilizing other fellow members of this site. It's shame on you dude.

People here think http://www.santabanta.com/ is a great wallpapers website with alexa of 600 , but my friends say they give free download links to all the latest songs. So they are also crap
yeah true . they provide links on their forum , recenty i see it turned out into a Adult and Warez kinda forum.
The reason iam talking about santabanta.com is because they have huge traffic because of their wallpapers and now they give porn on their site too with kids as the 75% of traffic.
