I've created a movie download website that only has rapidshare links, which means I don't host any of the files. I've done some research and apparently that's illegal as well. Although, there are SO many of these websites, and movie streaming websites which are similar and illegal. So I just need some opinions, is it really illegal and what are the odds of getting sued or receiving some sort of penalty.

The most likely action is that your site will be shutdown over a DMCA notice - as it involves no cost to the copyright holder. Some registrars, most notably Godaddy, will disable the domain & your ability to transfer it out.

Hmm what are the chances that this will happen? considering that there are thousands of sites like that, and some well established ones. Also is it worth it to put in time and possibly money in it? I want to monetize it with cpalead once it gets some traffic.
