Illegal files on "paid per download" sites.

    Hey there everyone. =)

I've seen that almost all the high earners on websites that pay you per 1000 downloads
are uploading illegal files that are copyright protected and so on. Such as movies, softwares, pictures etc.

I'm just wondering if anyone here got some experience with these kind of networks.
Do they ban you once they find out what you're uploading copyright protected content and take back the money you have earned?
Or do they simply ignore it if it's not being reported by someone?

I'm just curious because no file host allows these files, yet everyone knows that this is
the easiest way to earn money with them.

hey wulkanen - most won't ban you - only hotfile afaik... bare in mind the site owners know you upload illegal files... if you didn't they would be out of the job....
they generally don't take the money back either, infact ive never heard of this.
and if a file is reported it will be deleted. but earnings remain.

Most Terms of Service (TOS) pages from almost every file hosting service states they have the right to delete files, and/or delete accounts and all accrued balances can be forfeited.

But like jimbo-53 stated above I have never heard of it actually happening. If a file is reported it will be deleted at the most. ;)

They simply delete the file and notify you.
If you were to keep replacing the file then maybe that's asking for trouble, but anyone with any sense will take note and put that company (the copyright owner) on their black list.
