here are the two pages, as you can see in IE the annoying flash border issue is happening...i know it's a pretty easy fix, but i'll be damned if i can figure them out, and i'm just too busy...

It's a simple fix, but i tried for about 40 min and had no success - i know some of you can do this with your eyes closed
