    As far my knowledge and attempt to do so, I have observed that netscape restrict voting on per user bases, instead of per IP ADDRESS

    so voting from 10 IP address is not possible, I have tried using proxy and various ways with no success...

    so, 10 votes for a single story by a single person is possible only when a person holds 10 netscape accounts and can login & vote from all 10 accounts.

    P.S: in my attempt to vote 10 times, I successfully voted 1 time and received $.5 from 369874123
