Just make 100+ digg friends write quality article and ask them to digg it within 24hrs of article submission . Why waste 100$ this is what everyones doing now . i wonder why would u pay 100 for it . anywayz lets see if anyone here an offer you something
If you're fussy about the credentials of the person submitting/promoting your story then you have to pay more. And it's worth being fussy about because if you use the wrong person you could get your site banned.

Do you know what? I still haven't found anyone. I'm stunned! Are there no big Digg hitters in DP who can get a genuine story to the frontpage? And get paid for the privilege?!
