    It is some sort of...how to explain its hard, ok, he has a referral link with web.com (i presume) and he earns commission if someone signups through his referral link (lets presume hes commission is $70 per referral) so he pays you $20 and he earns $50...pretty simple...until he gets caught.

    That's web.com's TOS violation. And he's using the affiliate program to earn commision. But their policy also says that a user must stay more than one month to earn commision whoever affiliates with them, i guess I read that write in the website.

    nah login i think the lowest is something like 7.95 a mo..

    tho i think bluehost.com offers at 6.95 per mo...and more features..
