I'll Pay $200 for Wordpress Theme Modification + Launch

I need the Thesis theme http://diythemes.com/thesis/demo/ http://diythemes.com/?a_aid=daqiun tweaked. I then need it installed and taken live.

This is a brand-new site. I have the layout done, there will be minimal design. I do want to change some colors around.

It will require PHP, Wordpress, MySQL, and CSS skills.

I will provide a .PDF of the wireframes if you are interested.
