first of all, make sure that you really have an image in your head, it can change actually when you have done but nevertheless it is important. then try to find a good tool , i think that Adobe is a good one, there a lot of lessons online how to edit there, so it is becoming only easier. Anoher way - find a designer , easy but more expensive
