YOu mean a cms? You can use wordpress and do a mod rewrite

 

i need a script for banner rotation that works with a phpBB forum where I can input the amount of banners to rotate.

It will also have to come with instructions on how to install it. I am a php newbie.

You could do it with iframe and do a random load though if you need something with a admin area, you could find some over at hotscripts

Can you recommend a script which is quite simple about emailing. My only requirement is that the script sends 1 email per 5 minutes (or custom interval can be specified). The sender and recipient address to be stored on sql server db. and it needs to work out itself, I will just give it 100 email address (to, from, subject, and message) and I want these 100 emails to be sent in 500 minutes (1 email/per 5 minutes)

I hope I have cleared my requirement.

Saw this script on DP, there an option where you set limit the number of email to be send per minute, though you need to schedule via cron job. I have not use it before though from the demo it does look like what you needed:

You can use a cms like joomla and such. If you need a booking engine that another story, though if you are using joomla if I'm not mistaken that is a module for it you can use. If you just need a booking engine, there is a few commercial ones out there. If you just need the booking engine I can post the links.
