    I'll install the content management software (wordpress) and all necessary plugins as well as create the directory. I'll design the layout and come up with graphics and images.

    I'm very proficient with wordpress, can even set it up to be a cms that doesn't look like a blog like the site I did here:

    cgaref ->statistics
    moremoney -> displays ads or different content to those coming from search engines
    autolinks -> turns a database of keywords into links automatically within posts or pages

    We'll negotiate the price based on the scope of the site to be designed, but my base price is $50 an hour with a two hour minimum. You may think this is high but based on the quality I can achieve, it's cheap.
