    I am looking to buy a few established sites in the following niches :

    - Cars / trucks / Automotive
    - Construction, contractors, landscaping, renovation and removal
    - Food, restaurants, bars- Entertainment, nightclubs
    - Travel / Hotels
    - Fashion, clothing & T Shirts
    - Real estate, mortgage, insurance, and financial related
    - Spas, health, fitness and well-being
    - Dentists, doctors and medical related

    And possibly other niches if the price is right. Traffic, earnings, age, backlinks and PR not needed but will help.
