A 13 year old (or someone claiming to be that young anyway) created and released ijailbreak today (or yesterday for most as my time zone is different). That's pretty crazy huh? I have post about it at the link in my sig.
I dunno...I just thought it was interesting. I understand there's probably a lot of younger programmers out there, but the 13 year olds that I know would rather play on cartoonnetwork.com than hack an ipod.
There are few idiots 13y/o out there. If you like something, you are intereted in, you do clever stuff. At 13, I created antennas. I broke into cartoonnetwork and put my photo on the screen (not smart though). In 1998, I had my first antenna for wireless internet. Wireless was not even public... But yes, I'm an antenna geek for any reason...I can build and calculate almost any antennas now. I put my cantenna on dishes...I even have uploaded 700MB, peer to peer, separated by 96 miles. Using a cantenna on a dish and a telescope (A viking: 114mm diameter - 900mm focal) as reception antenna... I had the telescope at 7 for christmas I made my first company at 12, where I collected older comic books for free and sold them at 20% of their value. Doing $250/week... But I'm still a loser....I spend my time on DP...
