IIS 6.0 - FTP bandwidth throttling?

A search on Google wasn't finding much, and it doesn't look this has been covered before, here, so ...

Any advice on throttling the bandwidth to an FTP site? What I'm really asking is:

I've been looking over the logs and I've got a number of people attempting to access my private FTP site, which I believe I've locked down fairly well (deny from all but my IP).

However, that doesn't stop the kids from attempting a number of users and passwords in an attempt to get in. I'd like to limit any effect this may have on the rest of my server to a minimum.

I know my chances of getting a good response for an IIS question is going to be pretty slim on this site, but ... ;)

    Thanks!

    not true :)

configure RRAS to just drop the connections silently.

if you are doing the config remotely be very careful that you don't lock yourself out during the process.

I'll have to do some research on this, but thanks for giving me a place to look!

As for the text you quoted, you missed the wink ;) I was counting on someone proving me wrong; thanks :D

Change the port of your FTP server...maybe 2121 or 212121.
