    Well, first off I entered my email in wrong, if there was some sort of initial email is there a chance it can be sent again?

    Also, I have a bunch of different directories on my FTP. The root one, a public_html one and one for my theme seem to be the most relevant. I don't have a index.php in my root directory but I do in the public_html directory and I have a index.template.php file in the theme directory.

    Where do I upload the files as the Co-op login screen says that no Ads are displayed on the site.

    I don't know much about phpBB, but I don't think those are supposed to be in the themes folder. It looks like they are in the include folder.
