I am having an educational website from where one can download Past Exam Question papers. I had uploaded IGCSE and IB Papers on my website. After a month from that day, I received an email from IGCSE Council that IGCSE Papers are copyright and I can't post it on internet. Same thing happened with IB papers. I would like to know, how can Question papers hold copyright? Once a student appears for the exam, he has the right to do whatever he wants to do with the question papers. Could you please confirm and tell me whether I can ignore the warning of IB and IGCSE board?
I don't see how it can be. Make this simple. Ask them to show you the source in which it states that. But this is a copywriting forum. Your question belongs here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=44
Okay, I just now found out, which I already knew, but what the hell, I'm bored. The questions themselves are not copywritten. Think about it...how can it be? Perhaps just copy and past that part. For peace of mind, though, ask them to give you that source.
