    I'm using I-Frames to embed my site on another person site to increase traffic. But it shows up in a really small box in FF and in a really big box in IE that is tall but not wide.

    Any idea what I could do to make it fit better?

    Thanks

    That is your code below, try reducing the width and see what happens. Also your document does not have a "doctype" at the top, it helps a lot in standardizing the way html pages are rendered accross browsers.

    <html>
    <body>
    <IFRAME
    src="http://musical-frogs.com/forum" style="border:1px #000000 solid;" name="frame1" scrolling="auto" frameborder="yes"
    align="center" height="5000%"
    width="100%"></IFRAME>
    </body>
    </html>
