IFRAMES and web crawling

I have a question about using an IFRAME on my home page. I am integrating a top sites list (hosted with it's own domain) into my website and placing rankings in an IFRAME. Do the links contained in the IFRAME count as outgoing links from my site or just from the domain the top sites list is using?

My concern is that I don't want to cheat other webmasters by basically doing a NOFOLLOW to all of their links. Is there maybe a better way to accomplish the same thing as an IFRAME that would make it more search engine friendly?

    Thanks in advance :)

No i do believe Iframes count as links when being searched, but I'm not 100% sure. Meaning the website is credited. I think that iframes would've been written off as bad things if this was so.

    Thanks rebelagent,

That's what I was thinking. I just didn't want to have some webmasters thinking I was trying to scam them.

No and even so the links within the frame link directly to their website. So no worries.
