iFrame another site to yours

There's this site that I'd like to put in an iframe in my site. Would this pose any problem? I don't intend to modify their website or deceive the visitors that the frame site is mine. As a matter of fact, it's properly disclosed that the page is from another site.

I asked because I don't see any TOS in the source site except for the usual Copyright Notice, All rights reserved.

No, there shouldn't be any problem and why would you want to put an iframe? Your in the Philippines your pretty safe if you were doing anything wrong.
