Profits

When i first opened this forum i wasnt out to make it large. I wasnt expecting it to last. I never wanted to make money from this, but when i was getting unique hits at 30,000 per month i thought it was right to do so. I added google adsense and was making around 100$ per month. I have recently stopped this due to google saying i was cheating and they looked into this and accepted i wasnt cheating, so the new owner doesnt need to worry about being banned etc.

Losses

There is none. The domain is registered for yet another year (2006) and you will not need to worry about hosting as im on a reliable server and do not need to pay for the hosting. At the most you will be out of pocket at the expense of only renewing the domain name ($8.88)

Reason for selling

The main question im asked is this, well the reason i wish to sell is because i have no time now due to work and other projects i wish to fund.
