If you're just a part time resident of California, can you still be an affiliate?

I'm still considered a full time resident of Minnesota, but right now I am in California and it would be nice to be more or less of a resident here.

As long as you have an address that you can use in Minnesota you should have no problems at all. I know a few people that have used their parents address in another state to bypass this crummy law...

If you live in any of the banned states, you can't do amazon.com

HOWEVER if you live in any of the banned states, you can STILL promote amazon.ca, amazon.co.uk, amazon.it, amazon.de and every other country. I checked this out with them to verify it.

    :)

As long as you have an address in a state that has not been deleted from their affiliate program, you're fine.

If you have Minnesota address then it's fine. Checks will go there too though.
