Go to affiliates.ebay.com click on tools, click on editor kit and click on create a kit (something like that). You can set a bunch of options, colors etc. and it creates the code for you to put on your page(s).

It's done using the eBay RSS feed.

Once you've got the rss link, you can change the look of it.

    Examples: here and here

I know Build A Niche store is probably good. But you can do exactly the same thing with a couple of lines of php.

    Here's a tutorial I wrote a few months ago.

I just don't like spending money on stuff I can learn.
If you learn to do it yourself, you can save the money twice - you're practically getting paid to learn, and spending nothing to learn it.

TonyRocks wrote a better tutorial than me a while ago, it's here

I disagree Kerosene...try putting together a Trading Store like this one:

    http://www.tradingcardcentral.com/sports_cards/ebay/

Or a Cars For Sale store like this one:

    http://www.insidercarsecrets.com/cars-trucks-for-sale/

Without Build A Niche Store it would take you a long long time.

Build A Niche Store is a tool and like most tools it aims to remove a large part of the manual work (including technical knowledge) and speed up the overall process.

This is what it does and you get to do it inside a community which has been built to assist that development.

I believe the original question was
Which can be done with a few line of php

I do agree with you though, Build A Niche Store has a lot of stuff going for it if you don't want to get into the nitty gritty of php and rss.

Maybe I should consider Build A Niche Store, although you do sound like a Build A Niche Store representative Kelvin

    lol...it's my product...so I am a little biased!

If you have any questions about using it send me a pm.

I hadn't meant to hijack the thread but wanted to comment on what I felt was not a fair representation of what Build A Niche Store enabled you to do.

On that first link, the BANS is not working right. At least when I go to that site, it's not right.

    ------------

Thank you to the person that posted the free tutorial also.

Both concepts are good depending on what you want to do.

I agree with both sides in the thread. Use an off-the-shelf product like BANS, which looks great BTW. But once you are up and running, spend some timing learning how it works. A little PHP goes a long way and pays off for those who have the desire to learn.

Here's a custom eBay PHP site I built from scratch: http://www.worldgemguide.com/

    Good luck,
    Ty

It's up and running again now...I think the eBay RSS was having some problems earlier.

That's a great example of what you can do as an eBay affiliate...looks like the program is really going to take off this year.
